Where to Find Your Lot Number

The lot number can be found on your Cerebelly product packaging. Look for the numbers circled in the image above - they're typically located on the bottom portion of pouches near the expiration date.

If your lot number format is different:

Some products may have lot numbers in different formats. If the number on your package doesn't match the example above, Try entering just the numbers that follow the "→" symbol:

  • 24313BW-2 → enter 24313
