Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • ¼ cup Strawberries
  • ¼ cup Raspberries
  • 1 Spinach Strawberry Banana Smoothie pouch
  • 1 Purple Carrot Blueberry Smoothie pouch
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup pineapple
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cooked beet
  • ¼ cup blueberries

Directions

  1. Prepare the red layer: In a high-speed blender, combine the ice, strawberries, raspberries, and Cerebelly’s Spinach Strawberry Smoothie. Blend until smooth, then divide evenly among 2–4 glasses. Place in the freezer for 15–30 minutes to help the layer firm up.
  2. Prepare the white layer: Rinse the blender, then combine the ice, banana, pineapple, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth. Gently pour the white smoothie over the chilled red layer, using the back of a spoon to help prevent the colors from mixing. Return the glasses to the freezer for another 15–30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the blue layer: Rinse the blender again, then combine the ice, cooked beet, blueberries, and Cerebelly’s Beet Carrot Blueberry Purée. Blend until smooth.
  4. Assemble and serve: Once the white layer has firmed up, gently pour the blue smoothie on top. Garnish with your favorite fresh fruit and serve immediately!
